I think of veganism as my religion. I prefer nature and the environment and being around animals as the best way to center myself and calm down and relax. It brings me great joy! If I can't get outside into nature, even just listening to bird songs on Spotify or the sounds of waterfalls helps me feel better! Adopt! Foster! Volunteer! Donate! On the Dawkins Scale I am I have almost always considered myself an Atheist but over the last few years here recently I have definitely dipped my toe into various forms of Christianity and read up a lot about Judaism. When I was leaving high school, I entered into Seventh Day Adventist church for a time mostly due to the family I was staying with who was very devout.

D. Politics
The Green Party would probably be who I most closely associate with but I have voted straight Democratic ticket in every election since I became of voting age. I became deeply involved and obsessed with politics when Obama first entered the picture and so it's been a long time! 😅

Some of the politicians that I feel most closely aligned with today are Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Greg Casar and Jasmine Crockett.

Working in the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) community to help feral cats, fostering for animal rescues and shelters, donating to animal welfare organizations, veganism, environmental causes, recycling, meadowscaping (native plants and gardening), supporting pollinators (bird houses, bee houses, bat houses) bird feeders, hummingbird feeders, journaling, meditation, bright colors, glitter, sparkles, rainbows, pinball afficinado
